As Chairman and Co-Founder of Garfield Public/Private LLC, Mr. Garfield’s focuses primarily on leading the financing and legal team to engineer creative financing structures and secure capital for public/private developments. Over 40 years, his experience has included the development or disposition of more than 9000 acres of urban properties totaling over $1 billion and the financing or sale/acquisition of major properties totaling over $6 billion nationwide.
